Thank you for shopping at Solo Editions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
All shipments are made within five business days of ordering. Expedited shipping of any order can be arranged upon request for an additional charge. If ordering a specialty or custom item, the artist will contact you in regards to the time frame.
Payments by credit card or some other electronic transfer are expected upon ordering. Please contact us if it is necessary to arrange payment by personal check; your order will ship once the check has cleared.
Return or Exchange may be arranged within 5 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us with your order information and refund or exchange instructions prior to shipping.
Please return your order with an insured and trackable shipper. Our studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please include your name and order information with the returned item, and you will be credited for the merchandise amount. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
